What happens to what you send
A reviewer reads every submission. Nothing on the public record changes until they act, and we will not publish your contact details. If you tell us about a dispute, we record that a dispute exists, we do not decide who is right, and nothing here affects your legal position. If the matter is urgent or contentious, speak to a lawyer as well.
Please do not send identity documents
Do not attach identity cards, passports, signatures, bank statements or anything showing a private address. If a reviewer needs to verify who you are, they will ask for it through a secure route.
