How fees work

Your fee is yours to set, per state: the first check, each further check, and a site visit.
Government fees, such as an official search, are passed to the government at cost. You never set them. If you see a changed official fee, report it with the receipt and we update it.
Our fee is shown to the buyer on its own line, so nobody thinks it is part of your fee or the government's.

Who can join

Lawyers and conveyancers, registered surveyors, estate surveyors and valuers, and search agents. You need a current registration with your professional body, such as the Nigerian Bar Association or the Surveyors Council of Nigeria.
